“Many people would have their Good come instantly if they could name it and have a clean idea of how it ought to be.” Scientific Mental Christian Practice – Emma Curtis Hopkins

“Today I not only name my Good, I own it. I’ll carry it with me everywhere. It’s Real. It’s God. It’s Mine.” 40 Days with Emma Curtis Hopkins – Rev. Dr. Kathianne Lewis

What a glorious way to start the day, realizing and accepting my Good; being grateful for my life exactly as it is AND exactly as it is not! I know that there is an infinite field of possibilities that lay before me each and every moment of each and every day; my only job is to be clear with my intentions, with my thoughts, with my ideas. I alone hold all the cards in my game of life. How I choose to deal those cards, or play those cards, or sit on those cards is mine and mine alone to decide. I am always at choice on how to act or react in any given situation. Do I choose to be impeccable with my word or do I choose to allow someone to know me off my foundation by taking something they have said personal? Do I make up stories and assume things or do I ask the tough questions to get to the bottom of what someone is really trying to say? Do I allow people to be who they choose to be or do I stand in judgment? The only choices that matter in my life are the choices I make for me which in no way harm others. I can only be responsible for my thoughts, my feelings, my choices. I choose to name my Good, clearly, precisely and with feelings. I choose to know it is all good because it is all God. And I choose to know my reality is just that – MINE. No one can make me feel bad unless I let them; no one can make me feel good either – my life is of my making. I choose well today.
