Following the completion of your initial patient questionnaire/intake form Dr. Trebilcock will conduct an extensive interview and perform any physical exam which may be required to formulate a diagnosis and treatment plan specifically for you. The initial visit may last from 1 to 1 1/2 hours and will include extensive history intake to allow for a comprehensive final assessment. This may also include review of previous lab work and/or ordering new labs. Following this visit there will be initial recommendations and then follow up visits to assess and adjust the treatment plan if necessary to best fit your individual needs.
